We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hestra gloves; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gloves

  Carefully place the gloves in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
